Luis & Stephanie Brasesco - Owners

Luis has been at Bannon’s since 1989, and bought the gym, with his wife Stephanie in 2001.  Both have been involved with gymnastics since they were young, and Luis was a member of the 1988 World Championship double mini-tramp team for his home country of Argentina.  They now pride themselves on providing quality gymnastics instruction to the Houston northwest area.

Aimee Boorman - Girls Team Director, Manager

Aimee has served Bannon’s proudly since 1996.  She is the director of our team program and was a competitive gymnast herself.  Aimee has developed a competitive program which has lead many students to state, regional and National titles.

Selinda Pursley - Kinder Gym Director, Team Coach

Started gymnastics at the age of 3.  She began competitive gymnastics at the age of 6. She became a member of the Bannon’s Gymnastix Team when she was 8 years old and continued to compete for Bannon’s until the age of 14. She then cheered for Westfield High School. At the age of 17 she started coaching gymnastics. She has now been coaching at Bannon’s for 11 years. She currently is the Preschool director at Bannon’s and coaches several competitive compulsory levels.

Jessica Barton - Cheer Director

Jessica began gymnastics at age of 4. She started competitive gymnastics team at 6 years old. She competed up to level 9. Received several state and regional 1st place on vault & floor & all around as a level 8 & 9 gymnast. After gymnastics, she began diving & competitive cheer where she competed as a level 5 athlete. She started coaching competitive/preschool gymnastics at the age of 18 years. She joined the Bannon’s staff in 2005 coaching the level 5/6 team. She lead several athletes to become a south state and state champion. Along side of gymnastics she started the competitive program “Bannon’s Cheer Force”  in 2006 and has lead the team to several state and regional championships. In  2009 season Cheer Force received their first National title.

Heather Burch - TAAF Team Director, Recreational  Coach

Started gymnastics at Bannon’s the summer of 1989. Competed through 1999.  Coached at Bannon’s from 1999-2000. Tumbled and coached in college and returned to Bannon’s to coach in fall of 2007.

Jennifer Gibbens - Cheer Force Team and Recreational Coach

Jennifer has taken gymnastics at Bannon’s for over 10 years, she began coaching preschool/ recreational gymnastics in October 2008. In 2009 she joined Cheer Force competitive cheer team. Learning her knowledge and love for the sport of cheerleading through her own experience; she began coaching kinder cheer classes to help others experiences the joy she has gained through cheer.

Cheryl Jimenez -- Team and Recreational Coach

Cheryl started gymnastics when she was 5. She competed until 1998. Started coaching in 2006. She moved to Houston and joined the Bannon’s staff July 2009. Cheryl is coaching our recreational classes and tumbling classes.

Victor Foussadier - Maintenance

Victor has been with Bannon’s since it’s inception, almost 24 years ago. He is responsible for Bannon’s high standards in maintaining a clean and professional looking facility.
